Shining Credits

This document introduces some operational questions and matters needing attention when using the Shining Credits.

What are Shining Credits?

Shining Credits, abbreviated as "Credits," can be purchased from dealers or received as gifts through SHINING 3D promotions. These Credits can be used to purchase designated services or products. The Credits do not have monetary or cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Do Credits expire?

Yes, Credits do expire. Please use them before they expire. Once the Credits have expired, they become invalid and cannot be recovered or reissued.

Note

  • When using Credits for payment, the system will prioritize payment based on the expiration data.
  • When approaching the expiration date, you will receive a notification via an internal message.

How to collect Credits?

Users can contact their local distributors to recharge and collect Credits.

How to use Credits?

  • Credits ownership: Credits belong to the institution, not the individual.

  • Credits regions: different business regions have their dedicated Credit accounts. Users can only view the remaining Credit balance of their respective regions.

  • Credits consumption: cross-regional Credit redemption is not supported.

  • Credits transfer and refund: once the value/gift card is successfully linked to an institution, it cannot be transferred or gifted. Once sold, the value/gift card is non-refundable, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Caution

  • Only with the authorization of the "Design" module can you view and utilize the Credits.

  • If an individual account is associated with multiple institutions, the Credits earned will be automatically attributed to the institution that the individual belonged to at the time of earning them.
