Workflow setting¶
Once the order has been created, the software will automatically turn to the scan interface, where the user can preview the options for the scanning process with a single click. For example scan types, occlusion types etc.
The scanning workflow can be configured during the scanning process.
Stone Model: This type is used to scan stone models.
Impression: This type is used to scan impressions.
The user can preview the different scan for maxillary, mandibular and occlusion; and can modify the scan nodes or select the scan node ordering according to the operating habits.
Wax-up (Inside Scan): Scan the surface inside the wax-up.
Gingiva (Priority Scan): Put the gingiva scan first.
Movement Marker: When the scan model is equipped with a movement marker, the user can select this option according to the need.
Two Stone Occlusion: Add a two stone occlusion scan node mainly for order types including misalignment occlusion.
Articulator: Choose a suitable articulator for occlusion. Transfer is available after choosing articulator. Baumanm is checked by default. Artex, Bio-art, Kavo, SAM (legacy) and SAM are available.
Support the configuration of the process during the scanning phase.
Antagonist Is Prior to Die: Scan the working jaw's opposite jaw first, then the die. Optimize the workflow of the die scanning.
Occlusion Last: Put the scanning of the occlusion process to the last step.
All-in-one: Suitable for scanning processes of All-in-one orders to improve scanning efficiency.
Extract Scanbody: In scanbody order, this mode can collect scanbody data.
(Wax-up/Gingiva) Auto Extract: Separate the wax-up data and the gingiva data.
