Select the device

After connecting the device, the user needs to select the device type that corresponds to the current device model. Otherwise the connection will fail.

Click on > About, select the type of device to be connected in the drop-down box.

Other operations Description
Apply for extension of authorization After activating the device, the user can check Authorization Remaining Days.
Click on Request an Authorization Renewal, and fill in the authorization time and submit it for review. The valid time will be updated automatically once the review is approved.
View Operation Log Click on Open the Log Directory, and view a log of all operations generated during the current order editing process.
Get Info Clicking Get Info allows you to add software, computer configuration, and scanner information to the clipboard and send it to technical support, making it easier for technical support to provide accurate service based on the current information.
Check Updates Automatically After checking the box, the software will automatically update when a new version is available.
