Wax-up Scan

Two ways to add the wax-up scanning step.

1. Select Anatomic Waxup, Reduced Waxup, or Pontic Waxup as the restoration type on the tooth selection page. Then Scan Wax-up is enabled by default.

   

2. Add the wax-up scanning step in the scanning interface.
   ⑴Click .
   ⑵Check Wax-up.
   ⑶Click Apply.

Note

• If Scan Wax-up is enabled when creating the order, the wax-up scanning step can't be cancelled in the workflow setting.
• If Scan Wax-up scan is enabled, (Waxup/Pre-op) Bite can be checked in the workflow setting. Once enabled, the occlusion alignment will be accessible by aligning wax-up upper/lower jaw and bite model.
• Please do not delete the model data when editing, especially in edentulous cases, which may cause misalignment later.
