Save and Share¶
In the Point Cloud /
Mesh interface, you can tap the Complete button in the upper right corner to choose to upload it to
SHINING 3D Cloud, export it to Other Devices via a
wired connection or share the current model to Other Platform; tapping
Back to Home will save the model to the Project List.
Note
- File names in OBJ format only support English and numbers.
- Project files can be exported in OBJ, PLY, or STL formats.
- Projects without Acquire Texture enabled can only be exported in STL format.
- If you open a model file from the project list, you can tap
in mesh interface in the upper right corner to choose the export method for the current model.
Upload to SHINING 3D Cloud¶
You can choose to upload the model file to SHINING 3D Cloud.
Note
- If you are not logged into the SHINING 3D Passport, a login window will pop up automatically.
- SHINING 3D Cloud nodes are assigned automatically; please log in to the designated node to view shared models.
- If the model file has been uploaded, a corresponding model download QR code will be displayed.
Wired Export¶
After completing the scan, select
PC (USB-C) on the export interface to export the project files to the Models folder. And then use a data cable to connect to the computer to export the model files.
Note
Please connect the device to the computer using the accompanying Type-C data cable before exporting.
Share to Other Platforms¶
Use the scanner to scan the QR code from the other platform to upload the project file.
Note
- Project files can be exported in PLY or STL formats when sharing to the other platform.
- If scanning fails due to insufficient light, try tapping
to turn on the light, then scan the QR code.
