Software Installation

To use the scanner, you need to install the EXStar software first (hereinafter referred to as "the Software").

Environmental Requirements

Recommended configuration:

Configuration	Recommendation
Operating System	macOS 13.0 or above.
Processor	Apple M1 or above.
RAM	32 GB or above. Note Must be higher than 16 GB.
Interface	USB 2.0.
Free Hard Drive Space	800 MB or above.

Software Installation

1. Download software from: www.einstar.com > Support > Software download.
2. Click and follow the installation wizard of EXStar.

Caution

• Administrator rights are required for the installation of the software.
• If the interface prompts "System account does not have sufficient rights", please open this software using administrator rights.
