Battery Protection

Note

  • Maintain the battery charge level between 20% and 80% to extend its service life.
  • Avoid fully depleting the battery before recharging. It is recommended to begin charging when the level reaches approximately 20%.
  • Avoid maintaining the battery at a 100% state of charge for extended periods.
  • Do not charge or operate the device in high-temperature environments.
  • Battery performance may temporarily decrease in cold environments; it will recover once the battery returns to normal operating temperatures.
  • It is recommended to perform a monthly inspection of the battery status and voltage variance.
  • For multi-battery configurations, ensure the use of a charger equipped with a balancing function.
  • A significant decrease in battery runtime may indicate battery aging or degradation.

Troubleshooting

Missing Battery

Charging is not supported. Scanning is permitted, and system performance may be restricted.

Capacity/Voltage Discrepancy

  • Capacity difference within the pack exceeds 25%: It is recommended to replace the battery.
  • Voltage difference within the pack exceeds 5% (with charge level below 50%): It is recommended to replace the battery.
