Introduction¶
FreeScan UE Pro2 (referred to as the "scanner") is a handheld blue laser 3D scanner independently developed by SHINING 3D Tech Co., Ltd.. This scanner features high-precision scanning capabilities and utilizes an embedded edge computing module to achieve wireless scanning. With a lightweight design of 930 grams and compatibility with various standard specifications of power banks, it revolutionizes the portability of handheld laser 3D scanners, enhancing the overall scanning experience and efficiency.

CE¶
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a EN 300 440 v2.1.1 receiver Category 1. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. When placed in the vicinity of other device(s) radiating in the 5725.00 MHz-5875 MHz band, the wireless transmission function of this device may be affected. Please take appropriate measure to mitigate this eventuality.
FCC¶
- This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the user will be required to correct the interference at his own expense.
- When the device is so small or for such use that it is impracticable to label it with the statement specified under paragraph (a) of this section in a font that is four-point or larger, and the device does not have a display that can show electronic labeling, then the information required by this paragraph shall be placed in the user manual and must also either be placed on the device packaging or on a removable label attached to the device.
- This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
- Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate this equipment.
- This device for operation in the band 5150-5250 MHz is only for indoor use.
- This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. And user must follow the specific operating instructions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
- The device is designed to meet the requirements for exposure to radio waves established by the Federal Communications Commission (USA). These requirements set a SAR limit of 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue.
ISED¶
This device contains licence-exempt transmitter(s)/receiver(s) that comply with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada's licence-exempt RSS(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause interference.
(2) This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
