Please follow the instructions below to select wireless or wired method to connect the device.

Wired Connection

Introduction to the Hub

Network Port To connect the tracker, the scanner and the computer to transmit data.
Auxillary Power Input To connect the power adapter. It is only available when an extended tracker is used.
System Power Input To connect the power adapter. It is a main power input of the system.

Connection Steps

  1. Install the tracker on the tripod and tighten the bolts.
  2. Insert the power plug and data cable plug into the bottom socket of the tracker.
  3. Insert the power plug and data cable plug into the bottom socket of the scanner.
  4. Insert the power plug and data cable plug of the tracker into the hub.
  5. Insert the power plug and data cable plug of the scanner into the hub.
  6. Connect one end of the network cable to the hub and the other end to the computer's network port.
  7. Connect the power cable to the power adapter to power on the device; the device will automatically boot up after being powered on.
  8. Insert the dongle into the computer.
  9. After launching the software, check the device connection status.

Wireless Connection

  1. Connect your computer and router using a network cable.

  2. Power on the router.

  3. Install the corresponding batteries into the scanner and the tracker.
  4. Press the power button.
  5. Insert the dongle into the computer.
  6. After launching the software, check the device connection status.
